Welcome to LB Dog Trainer. By using this website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

​

LB Dog Trainer provides professional dog training services, including private sessions, and Walk & Train programs. Services may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

​

  • Dogs must be in good health, free of contagious illnesses, and current on vaccinations.

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any history of aggressive behavior, anxiety, or special needs.

  • Clients must follow trainer instructions to ensure the safety of all people and animals involved.

 

3. Payments & Cancellations

​

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.

  • Refunds are provided only at the trainer’s discretion.

4. Training Results

​

Dog training is a collaborative process involving both the trainer and the client. While every effort will be made to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Each dog is unique and progress depends on many factors, including consistency and client participation.

5. Limitation of Liability

​

  • Participation in dog training services is at the client’s own risk.

  • LB Dog Trainer is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses to people, property, or animals during or after services.

  • Clients are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior outside of training sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

​

All text, images, graphics, and logos on this site are the property of LB Dog Trainer unless otherwise noted. They may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

7. Privacy & Personal Information

​

Personal details collected through email, forms or bookings are used only to provide services and communication. LB Dog Trainer does not sell or share personal information with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

​

LB Dog Trainer reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
